With reference to the Act on Equal Participation of Women and Men in Management Positions in the Private Sector and Civil Service, which came into effect in Germany in 2015, we have set ourselves the following target values ​​based on the status quo on 31.12.2017. These will be achieved by 31.12.2020:

Management Board

As a target for the quota of women in the management board, the decision from the shareholders' meeting specified that the board would remain unaltered and not include a woman. However, in the event of a vacancy arising, the shareholders' meeting will endeavour to find a suitably qualified woman who would be appropriate for the position. As of 31.12.2017, the management board did not include a woman.

Management Level 1 below the Managing Directors

As a target for the quota of women in the top management level, the management board decided to aim for a target of 17 percent of women. On 31.12.2017, the status quo was 9 percent.

Management Level 2 below the Managing Directors

As a target for the quota of women in the second management level, the management board decided to aim for a target of 10 percent of women. On 31.12.2017, the status quo was 4 percent.
