Executive Management

At Bilfinger, we have set ourselves a global target of 10% women by 2023 for management level 2 below the Executive Board, which also includes the management of German limited companies.

Management level 1 below the executive management

The target set by management for the share of women in management level 1 is 15 percent. On December 31, 2021, the share was at 12 percent (2 of 17).

Management level 2 below the executive management

The target set by management for the proportion of women in management level 2 is 20 percent. On December 31, 2021, the share was at 18 percent (3 of 17).
