Company History

Bilfinger Engineering & Technologies GmbH was founded on September 1, 2017 from the merger of Bilfinger Piping Technologies GmbH, Babcock Borsig Steinmüller GmbH and Babcock Noell GmbH. Sale to investors (Capiton, BBN) and EHR-Management

Acquisition by Bilfinger Berger. The company is now part of the Power Services division of the Services business segment

Merger with the piping business unit of Babcock Borsig Service GmbH
